the location offered easy access to islington restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. public transport connections were good. i found the staff attentive and professional.
the room was small. it felt tight due to the configuration of the entrance and wasted space. this affected the bed space area

The front desk staff were cute. They were friendly from check-in straight through to check-out. Complimentary cookies each night were a plus. I collected them from reception each evening.
Cleaning ladies were loud. They were yelling down the halls early in the morning. Rooms were not ready on time. I found that breakfast was subpar.

A stay with highs and lows
traffic noise key card
The proximity to a main road was quite noticeable. Traffic noise was a constant presence even in bed. My experience with the lift and room key cards was also troublesome. The lift authorization system malfunctioned for many people and my key card failed twice. Having to return to reception three times with luggage proved inconvenient.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the location very convenient. It provided easy access to multiple bus stops for city tourist spots. I received a very delicious welcome cookie upon arrival. many cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets surrounded the hotel. I was allowed to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out at no charge!!!
I noticed that daily cleaning seemed superficial. The room did not receive vacuuming service. This lack of thoroughness affected the overall freshness.

The hotel has great facilities including easy check-in and check-out processes. The ground floor lift location goes through the conference area. This provides quick access. a good gym is available for those who have time for exercise.

The staff are helpful and friendly. This. The receptionist assured us that the blood stain on the pillow would be dealt with. Staff at the front desk were amazing, in particular, Asad, Aqil, Marta, and Eleni.

The hotel is well-located near the Underground Angel station, less than a 5-minute walk. Bus stop is located across the street. It is very convenient. The hotel's proximity to the St Pancras station added convenience.

The breakfast choice was great and tasty with lots to choose from. The Executive lounge with snacks, beer and wine was a great choice in the evening. Jade at the bar is awesome, providing great service, with drinks being on fire!!!
